The Company also worked with DASh (Disability Arts Shropshire) to design and make a large scale outdoor event 'King of Fools', written and directed by Garry Robson, at Shrewsbury Castle for summer 2001.

It was based on The Hunchback of Notre Dame and explored the theme of outsiders coming in, using the Bouffon/Commedia tradition and working with an integrated company of professional actors, local youth theatres, a dance company, musicians and a carnival camp.... A documentary film of the performance was also produced.
